WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

  • All livestock sales are final.

  • We do not offer guarantees, warranties, refunds, or exchanges on livestock after purchase - no exceptions.

  • We cannot guarantee the future health or behavior of any living creature once it leaves our care, as there are many factors beyond our control (tank conditions, existing tankmates, stress from moving, etc.).

 

Livestock includes:

Freshwater Fish, Terrestrial Plants, Aquatic Plants - Amphibians, Reptiles, Arachnids, Ornamental Invertebrates, etc.

Our team is happy to answer questions and help you select the best livestock for your setup. You know your tank/habitat best and the final decision is always yours.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ONLINE ORDER?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected and your location.

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

Yes, we offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping fees and delivery timeframes may vary based on the destination.

WHAT ARE THE ACCEPTED PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay for online orders. In-store purchases can be made using cash or card.
